The photographer has not respected the:- timeframe - she has sent what she calls "the proofs" WELL AFTER DAYS, when she should have sent them WITHIN DAYS;- we agreed on NO LESS THAN 150, she has sent 127, and some of those frames were TRIPLICATES and DUPLICATES, so she has sent in total under 120;- she has sent the proofs via an ONLINE GALLERY, which is NOT mentioned in the contractAccording to the contract, we are NOT ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD the pictures, yet if we do not download them, we cannot even see the resolution of the files - which was supposed to be NO LESS THAN 300DPI; WE HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE FILES, AND HAVE NO INTENTION TO DO SO, AS THE CONTRACT PROHIBITS US FROM DOING SOSo how can we check the resolution of the files?- all the PROOFS, as she calls them, has HER LOGO ON THE FACE OF THE BRIDE, THE GROOM, AND THE GUESTSAgain, she said that if we had download them, the watermark would have disappeared, BUT THE CONTRACT PROHIBITS US FROM DOWNLOADING THE FILES, so WE HAVE REJECTED THE PROOFS because they have her logo on our faces;- all the pictures are cropped in the online proofs;- she is abusive, sends us threatening messages;- all these so-called proofs were only sent AFTER SHE WAS CONTACTED BY THE SHERIFF, due to our complaint to his office.She has been breaking ALL the terms of HER OWN contract, in ways we have never seen anyone breaking the terms of their own contracts!WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

Everything Ms G*** has written is lies She has violated her contract with us numerous times, starting by not providing us at least proofs to preview within days from the photoshoot After those thirty days expired, we had been contacted by another victim of Ms G***'s scam, asking us if we had received our pictures, which we had not This was Nov 19th After that we began trying to contact Ms G*** We had been unable to get a response until one negative review was left with the Square reader company, able to be seen solely by Ms G***, because we could not reach her Shortly after the review was left, we were contacted by Ms G***, in a very confrontational and abusive manner, threatening to keep our pictures and book We repeatedly tried to resolve this, and never even saw the proofs until AFTER we had filed a complaint to the sheriff's office In that proof gallery, she intentionally ruined our wedding picturesWe did not download it, as our contract with her forbade doing so Now she will not refund our full purchase price of $ She ruined our pictures and won't give us our money back.Sincerely,*** And *** ***

My delayed response in this matter is because this is being handled by my attorney
During this time my client refuses to answer any messages and refuses to settle by either accepting a refund or their picturesBoth have been ready for some timeSince November 21st in fact
And they have had access to their online gallery and the ability to download (which I am sure they did) This began when I was not able to answer my phone when my client called me times in one day while I was working and not able to answerAs a result she began posting reviews because she was upset as well as now is threatening to sue me for 500k when in fact she paid only $dollars for me to take pictures at her weddingI spent several hours taking pictures at her wedding 10am till or pm as well as several hours editing themI spent $dollars on her wooden flash drive $on her print and over $on her wedding album which she is refusing to takeI am at a loss of what to do and in the mean time I have gotten several messages from other clients asking me why there is someone harassing them and asking them questions that she should be asking meAll other clients have gotten their pictures and it is not her business anyhowAll of this mess is only delaying her longer in getting hersIf this is not stopped and stopped soon, we will be taking her to court for harassment of my clients, slander, and cyber bullying as well as getting restraining ordersIf you have any ideas on how this could be fixed, or how we can get her to settle on either accepting her pictures or a refund for $taking out $for cost of wedding book, flash drive, and print (and includes me keeping my rights to the images that I have taken) then please let me knowI am very distraught that this woman is trying to take a new business in its first two years and run it into the groundMy attorney has attempted multiple times to contact her and she refuses to respond, only to respond by acting out to my other clientsThank you so much for your time

During this time my client refuses to answer any messages and refuses to settle by either accepting a refund or their pictures. Both have been ready for some time. Since November 21st in fact....

And they have had access to their online gallery and the ability to download (which I am sure they did) This began when I was not able to answer my phone when my client called me 3 times in one day while I was working and not able to answer. As a result she began posting false reviews because she was upset as well as now is threatening to sue me for 500k when in fact she paid only $700 dollars for me to take pictures at her wedding. I spent several hours taking pictures at her wedding 10am till 4 or 5 pm as well as several hours editing them. I spent $32 dollars on her wooden flash drive $8 on her print and over $100 on her wedding album which she is refusing to take. I am at a loss of what to do and in the mean time I have gotten several messages from other clients asking me why there is someone harassing them and asking them questions that she should be asking me. All other clients have gotten their pictures and it is not her business anyhow. All of this mess is only delaying her longer in getting hers. If this is not stopped and stopped soon, we will be taking her to court for harassment of my clients, slander, and cyber bullying as well as getting restraining orders. If you have any ideas on how this could be fixed, or how we can get her to settle on either accepting her pictures or a refund for $600 taking out $100 for cost of wedding book, flash drive, and print (and includes me keeping my rights to the images that I have taken) then please let me know. I am very distraught that this woman is trying to take a new business in its first two years and run it into the ground. My attorney has attempted multiple times to contact her and she refuses to respond, only to respond by acting out to my other clients. Thank you so much for your time.
