This order was for a custom backpack which has to be produced with customers requested custom name and number - order was made on 8/8/which was a saturday - office began process of order on 8/10- the back pack was on backorder and arrived at our office on 8/from manufacture - at this
point it had to be checked in and then personalized per customers order - Item was shipped via UPS on 8/- tracking number - ***, it was recieved on 8/21. Shipping from our NY location to this address is a default day ship. I have checked and I have never recieved an email regarding this order, but I personally spoke with customer when she called and explained it had been on backorder and was being shipped that week. I am happy to refund customer the difference in cost from ground to next day air shipping as she is correct and it did default to ground as it is only a day ship to her location.
