I recently had body massage session at Barefoot Reflexology in Watertown, MAThe encounter was unprofessional and technique much too harsh, despite multiple requests during the session for less pressureIn the past couple days since the massage, I have had significant pain in my neck, back, and legs from the poor massage techniqueI've had many different massages in the past and never had pain for days followingI called the business to inform them of my experience, and they treated me very poorly over the phone Instead of listening to me, the manager talked over me, argued, and interrupted I told him that I just wanted to make them aware of the pain I had been experiencing since the massage, and he said "if your having pain, just go to the hospital."
