Poor quality and misrepresentation of service to be provided One problem after another I have had fruit with rotten spots, unripe melons, fruit damaged by poor packing I get a refund every time, but would much prefer getting the items ordered in good condition This also means that I and all the other paying customers are paying for this waste in the high prices When I signed up I was told box would be left as requested at my side door which is out of view from the street for safety and out of the sun Repeatedly the box was instead left at front door and blasted by the sun until I wake upI work evenings so don’t wake up until or so and by then the plastic has collected moisture and items are wet and starting to rot The freezer pack placed with the fresh cheese was completely melted this morning Last year I was told that they had a front door only policy I explained that the side door was safer and actually more easily accessible as it is along the driveway Ma

***PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY*** If there was a zero star option I would go with zeroOn the day my wife had a dental cleaning she decided to make a creamy spinach pasta with a bundle of spinach we got from our produce boxThe spinach was full of dirt and sandShe filled up a huge pot with water and worked in the spinach, swirled it around and drained the waterShe did this timesThere was still dirt and sand in the spinachI didn't want to throw the spinach away so I then rinsed an additional times in a strainerMy wife then put it in the pastaOn her first bite of spinach, she bit down on some sand and chipped her molarShe had pain for a few days and went back to the dentist where they took an x-ray and verified the chipped toothSince, then she is still finding little pieces of tooth in her mouthI just heard a message from Farm Fresh to You saying that they could not find a direct correlation between their spinach and her chipped toothThey did not bother to ask me any questions directly or ask to speak to our dentist that saw examined her teeth hours before her tooth was crackedWe didn’t asked them to pay for our entire bill, we only asked them to helpThey washed their hands and said they would not be helping at all and wished us a good dayNow we have been buying from them for yearsThey didn’t offer to help, or say let me talk to my management to see what we can doThey gave nothing, no empathy at all.There are so many options when it comes to organic produceWith how they handled this problem, we will never use them againWe would not recommend them to anyone I know

In regards to Mr*** stating that I bought the car in two weeks after the purchase date that is very dishonest and I have a receipt from the dealership stating the date that I went into the dealershipI also have the receipt that disproves his statement saying I said the car wasn't shifting into the next gear and I'd be more than happy too provide the Revdex.com with such paperworkAs far as the technician is concerned I was told multiple times that they had a technician quit I was never told anything about a technician being on vacationI can provide any necessary paperwork and if the dealership is willing too pay $to have the transmission replaced they should be more than willing too spend $1,insteadAlso as far as him stating that they didn't find a problem the first time I was told the car was having excessive shift times which is code Pand they flushed the transmission free of charge too see if it alleviated the problem in which it had not and I returned the vehicle two days laterAfter having the vehicle days the second time they still stated they couldn't find the problem however the problem occurred on the way home the day I picked it up from the dealership and I had another mechanic diagnose the problem within minutesSurely the problem did not disappear while they had the vehicle.

I went onto their website and made sure to check the necessary boxes to ensure that I do not recieve any boxes from them They sent two anyway and are attempting to charge me I have cancelled my account and explained to them repetitively that they can't charge me for something I didn't order I am still receiving harassing calls from them

I have subscribed to FFTY for over yearsI like everything about themPrices are same as market, quality is goodYeah, they can be a little laid back and I have never tried to cancel an acctBut overall I am pleased

In the month of June I was at the Northridge Fashion Center and one of your benders was promoting your products so I came to some information and the Asian gentleman told me that if I join my box will be free so I decided to do it but w/o warning the Asian gentleman didn't tell me that I was going to get charged for each box so I called customer service and they never told me that I wad going to be changed per box and now they want me to pay dollars and some change I feel that this was advertising on there part and I feel that I shouldn't pay for something when in turn it was there fault for not informing me as a customer that I was going to be changed

The service is the worst, and the quality is so inconsistentI have received a box full of bug infested food more than once, I have had smashed and rotten food delivered and sometimes they just don't bother delivering and then they don't remedy itIt's a great idea, but this company is so bad

Mr. [redacted] believes we have lied to him in some way, however this is not the case.
 
We sold him the [redacted] on 2/25/15 with a 30 Day, 50/50 power-train warranty. Approximately 2 weeks after purchase, he complained of an abnormal issue with the tachometer, indicating the transmission was not shifting to the next gear. We took the vehicle in, and we were not able to duplicate the concern. We completed a transmission flush on the vehicle, at no charge to Mr. [redacted] in good faith.
 
A few days after returning the car to him, he complained that the vehicle was having the same problem. He brought it back and again, we were not able to duplicate to concern. Mr. [redacted] even took a ride with our Technician to see if it would do it with no success. We did have the car for about a week and a half on the second event, this was partially due to the fact we were trying to find the problem and partially because one of our technicians was on vacation and we were short handed.
 
After returning the car after the second time, Mr. [redacted] took the [redacted] to his own mechanic who allegedly did find the issue, and stated it needed a new transmission. We have not verified or disputed the findings. In an effort to resolve the issue, I have honored our terms of the sale and stated I would sell and install Mr. [redacted] a new transmission at 50% of the price. This offer was stated on 3/27/15.
 
On 3/28/15 Mr. [redacted] and his Fiancé called the dealership and stated they believed we knew the vehicle had a bad transmission prior to sale. This is not true; I have reviewed all of our service records on this vehicle, and we have never had any issue with the transmission while it was in our possession. Mr. [redacted] then proceeded to say on the phone to me: "You are a liar and a crook, and I'm going to come down there and drive this car through the showroom and whip your as".
 
Me and my staff have done nothing to miss-lead Mr. [redacted], nor have we lied to him in any way. For all we know he has caused this issue with the transmission with his driving habits. We actually used this vehicle as a parts delivery vehicle for over a year, and we never had a problem with the transmission. Furthermore, we are honoring the 50/50 power-train warranty with which the vehicle was sold.
 
I see no reason for Mr. [redacted]'s actions or attitude. We have done nothing but attempt to please him and resolve his issue.

Review: I highly believe the dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with a faulty transmission and gave me the run around hoping my warranty would run out. I was told that they couldn't find a problem with the vehicle after a total of 19 days and another mechanic had pinpointed the problem after only 45 minutes and all he did was a simple test drive with a computer hooked to the car so I don't understand why the dealership couldn't figure it out. The service manager and technician blatantly lied and said the transmission was fine and didn't even set a transmission code which was determined to be very untruthful by my mechanic. The original problem the dealership said was it was taking longer to shift than the computer was telling it to which falls under code P1811 Maximum Adapt and Long Shift and that's what my mechanic told me it threw a code for but he said there was too much clearance in the clutch pack. Being that they had originally discovered that code it tells me they knew what was actually wrong and were hoping that servicing the transmission would make the problem disappear until the warranty ran out. The customer service was very despicable and discourteous and there was dishonesty from the technician, service manager and the general manager which I have solid proof of.Desired Settlement: I'd like the dealership too provide me half of the money it would cost too have the transmission rebuilt at a mechanic I can actually trust too repair my vehicle properly and I demand an apology.
