Several years ago I found myself searching for a knob for apparently a rare knobFor an elderly friend who wasn't strong enough to use pliers to turn on her Washing machineLike I say the knob apparently was rare because I looked for weeks and barfields was ONLY place had it in stockAt the time I worked in my pleasant drove out to goose creek after work one evening to pick it up and then had it in back of my mind I still had drive out to summerville to put the knob onSingle mom tired broke and needing get home to check homework get dinner etcYou know the dealBut knowing my elderly friend was in need I pressed on ...got to barfield and told em how grateful I was they had the part and told them about my sweet elderly friend and how happy she is to know they had it in stockAnd the man behind the counter GAVE me the knobIncredibleIt was maybe a 25$ partBut wowWho can say this service happens anywhere???? I was floored and tried payHe refused totallyNow finding myself needing appliances there's absolutely no question where I'm going!! If you have any appliance needs trust me be wise w your time and moneyCall them first
