Review: A panel cluster was repaired in my car about a month or so ago by this company. Since the repair I had to return about 4 times with problems resulting from the repair. When I brought my car to the shop my turn signals worked which are now not working, my air conditioning worked in which now it is not. When I told the mechanic about this problem he said it has something to do with my transmission. I may be a women but I am not dumb and when speaking to other mechanics they said it has nothing to do with my transmission. I have had to pay for several tows because of my car not starting. Now in order for my car to start I have to bang on my dash. I do not believe for one minute my problem was ever fixed. I suffer deep depression and anxiety now from this problem with not knowing whether my car will start or not each time I turn it off. I am afraid to drive my car anywhere in fear I will be stuck. I believe I was taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I want my car to repaired right, and for my turn signals and air conditioner returned back to working order and I believe I should not have to pay any more money. And if the mechanic doesnt think he can fix my problem or doesnt want to deal with it I would like the money I already paid out to be returned

To whom it may concern,

This is a response for ID of [redacted]. This vehicle was at our shop on 06/05/2013 for a electrical problem. Vehicle would not start. Diagnosed: bad instrument panel cluster for the no start. Replaced instrument panel cluster with used part due to price difference. Checked charging system after replacing instrument panel cluster. Alternator test failed due to low amperage output, Replaced Alternator. We were unaware of any issues with a turn signal or banging on the dash to start. Some time passed and the vehicle was towed in for a dead battery do to reverse lights staying on. Advised customer there was an issue with the transmission. Customer stated the transmission was just repaired at another shop and was unable to go back there do to a fall out with that shop. We then stated to the customer we would look at the vehicle once there balance was paid from prevous repairs. Which is still not paid as of today. Any questions feel free to call ###-###-####
