Business advertises appliances at low prices which are never available in the store (common practice called a "lost leader" to get people into the store He advertises on *** Marketplace Advertised *** ranges, one for $and another for $for weeks! I finally went and they were sold! Ad stayed up for anther weeks until I told the ownerNow he marks it as soldHe also took down all his ads today when he knew I was pursing claims against him Until today, he had ads up on *** Marketplace for appliances with prices not availableAll sold when you go itHe then sold me THE SAME ITEM for $not $Offers NO REFUNDS even after I tried cancelling within days because my move got cancelled (Landlord never passed inspection---NO certificate of Occupancy)He has now refunded deliveryI am a year old widowHow am I supposed to pick up a Range I don't need and a HUGE *** *** Refridgerator this man had the gall to say he "GAVE" me

Purchased a broken gas samsung dryer from this store Sold to us on 10/14/17, no returns Told us it was a brand new dryer which, was reconditioned Once we got it home and hooked it up, it does not work After a dozen phone calls and days after purchasing our new reconditioned dryer a repair man comes to fix the dryer He can not fix it and has to order a part, which he states will take about 5-days to come in days after purchase, still not working dryer!!!
Unreal that a person can operate a business that sells broken appliances to the public for purchase, and states no returns How can this business operate like this
