Review: We placed an order through this company and I was charged a lot more than the invoice had stated and he had sent half of the order and the items in which he had sent they were absolutely not what I had placed my order for. In his emails he admitted to the overcharge and sending less items than which I had placed my order for. so I returned everything in which I have the tracking number for. But he never responded or refunded my money after several attempts trying to contact with him. my invoice was $982 but he charged me $1270. The order which he had sent in different items was only worth $472 in comparison with the invoice. I would like your help in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: We are only asking for the refund of the money since we sent back all of the items, also I would like to protect others from having similar issues as ours with this company as it is very stressful.
