[redacted] Good afternoon, We never promise week delivery from this specific company because it is custom made and there is no way to have cabinets done within weeksIt is true that the cabinets came with the wrong heightHowever, we reordered the right cabinets and were able to get them within a short timeIssue with the sink is due the customer changing their mind about the placement for the cutoutThey changed their mind during the template process and they informed the template person where they wanted the sink cutout to beThat made it impossible to use the large sinks because they do not fitAll info about backsplash was disused with template person and work was done according to info obtained from customer during template procedure We always try to accommodate the customer regardless of whose mistake it is, so if the backsplash is not cut right we have no problem to replace itThat should not affect the use of the vanity or the sinksWe are willing to make any repair needed for the customer as long as they pay the outstanding balance owed by themThe customer still owes us money as a balance for the job

We have already been to the customer's home and repair work is underwayWe are now only waiting on for a special order tile to come in before we can continue with the fix

While work has begun, I do not accept this as resolved until the job is complete Contractor showed up hours later than scheduled yesterday and with no contact until I messaged them to find out what was going on Contractor again stated that they would be here at am, over two hours later and crew is a no show/no call

done within 2 weeks. It is true that the cabinets came with the wrong height. However, we reordered the right cabinets and were able to get them within a short time. Issue with the sink is due the customer changing their mind about the placement for the cutout. They changed their mind during the template process and they informed the template person where they wanted the sink cutout to be. That made it impossible to use the large sinks because they do not fit. All info about backsplash was disused with template person and work was done according to info obtained from customer during template procedure.  We always try to accommodate the customer regardless of whose mistake it is, so if the backsplash is not cut right we have no problem to replace it. That should not affect the use of the vanity or the sinks. We are willing to make any repair needed for the customer as long as they pay the outstanding balance owed by them. The customer still owes us money as a balance for the job.
