there was some miscommunication, but on this same day the matter was resolvedIt was explained to the Ms ***,that given the length that she has bad the merchandise it's difficult to assume that Bed Bugs came from our store and they would have been apparent almost immediately if this were the caseAlso we would have had numerous complaints and we would have a warehouse full of contaminated merchandise.Ms*** agreed to except store credit for her lost as a onetime courtesyShe has since redeemed her credit with another purchase from our storeWe hope that this makes things right on our part and would like to keep her as a customer.
