Hello, We received a ticket from [redacted] on December 31st at 4:PSTWe were closed by that time as it was New Years EveI responded on Jan 2nd and replaced his keyI have sent another message to him as well today and still have not heard backI am not sure why he said we had refused his correspondance as he never gave us a chance to respond before filing a complaintHis product key has been replaced and I am still waiting to here back from himPlease see correspondence below: [redacted] Dec 04:PM ( days ago ) To : I spoke by phone with a [redacted] technical support representative who said that these are pirated copies of license keys.Send a VALID license key immediately.I just now posted a negative review on a scam broadcast websiteI will post negative reviews right not until I receive a valid key from youThen tomorrow I will post more negative reviews on other websites and technical forums until I receive a valid keyI will continue every day until I receive a valid keyI will not stop ever until I receive a valid key.My last post was:"Beware! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, this business should in fact advertise that they will hold orders on "newer customers"That's just bad business to not advise customers of that one small (huge) fact that could completely change the mind of a customer to go to another business for the same product with no wait time associated Regards, [redacted]
