I ordered three bottles of skin light from bargain side.com all the three bottles of cream were expired, it’s sad that they said they can’t accept return due to the COVID-19, but they knew it was expired, there was water coming out of the bottles, but yet they decided to ship them, that horrible and sealing, so disappointed.

Review: I purchased 9 bottles of "[redacted] Skin So Soft Replenishing Body Lotion Original 11.8 fl.oz. from BARGAINSIDE.COM on 6/**/13. When the box arrived there were 9 bottles of "Skin So Soft Nourishing Body Lotion 12 fl.oz. I have been using "[redacted] Skin So Soft Replenishing Body Lotion" for years and I thought something was wrong when I saw the different bottles.I wrote to [redacted] on 7/*/13 to find out if I could have received old bottles of lotion.I had to follow up with [redacted] again on 9/*/13 to check the status of my email. I was told that it looked like [redacted] never received the first email but they would expedite my follow up letter.[redacted] emailed me on 9/**/13 to tell me that the "Skin So Soft Nourishing Body Lotion" wasdiscontnued in 2005. [redacted] said that they were not affiliated with BARGAINSIDE.COM; however, the shelf life of Skin So Soft (SSS) Lotions was three (3) years. [redacted] recommended that I not use the lotion purchased from BARGAINSIDE.COM.On 9/**/13 I emailed BARGAINSIDE.COM and forwarded my email from [redacted] telling me that theSSS Lotion was expired. I asked for a refund because I was sold expired goods and I got a response from BARGAINSIDE.COM that "our sales policy regarding claims is 15 days from the time of the time your order is delivered. Unfortunately, since your order was delivered on June ** (almost 3 months ago) it is now well beyond the time period we can offer you any kind of refund." I still have the invoice that came with the 9 bottles of SSS and there is no mention of a "sales policy regarding claims."I cannot believe that an establishment like [redacted]'s Discount City would sell a consumer expired goods. I still have the 9 bottles of SSS with the invoice and the emails sent back and forth to [redacted] and BARGAINSIDE.COM. I want to be reimbursed the total for the expired SSS ($35.91) plus shipping costs ($13.70)total $49.61 and I promise never to do business again with BARGAINSIDE.COM and would hope that no other consumer gets treated this way!Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed the total for the expired SSS ($35.91) plus shipping costs ($13.70)total $49.61.
