then finally did then I returned my item they posted return 2 on my account shipped and never refunded me or shipped anything e-mails go unanswered phone calls as well then

one day answered told me they would fix it and never did on the phone had no clue the jackets are suppose to be [redacted] which I do not think are the 3x was more like a xl with long arms the 2x a l with long armsDesired Settlement: I want a refund these were xmas gifts for my family which I have not a thing to give now since they stole my money

Review: On 10/**/14 I ordered a North Face Denali Jacket from this store online under [redacted] order confirmation # [redacted] in the total amount of $109.92I stated clearly in the order notes that they make sure not to sell or send me a fake North face Denali. I pay with my Debit card from Citizens Bank and the money were taken out on 10/**/14 in the amount of 109.92 I received the jacket and like I was expected was fake one I contact them received a RMA # [redacted] and I send it back to them Delivery confirmation # [redacted]Jacket was delivered on 10/**/14 It's against the law to sell forfeit items so I ask you to investigate.I know they are lots of fake North Face up there because people they are not aware of or they don't know the difference. It happened that I did purchased others North Face products almost every year including another North Face Denali genuine ones and that is why I know the difference between a genuine and a fake one. As at today 11/**/14 I still not received my refund back from them Hope and wish you can investigate and do something about it to stop them for selling fake stuff to public and to make them refunding my money in the total of $109.92 Thanks.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I spend enough time with them and still I did not received my money back.It is very interesting how they have access right the way to take the money out but a very slow way of refunding them.

Review: I purchased a "Lacoste Pique Polo Shirt" through the website [redacted]. What I received is a counterfeit product. The product came with a return form stating " if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date you received your original package". "For refund, please email our customer service department for an RMA number and return address. You cannot return an item without this number." I emailed them immediately, requesting the shipping number and address. I received an email asking "why are you returning?". I stated that I was not happy with the quality. I have not heard from them since. I have emailed then a dozen times in 5 days, tried calling them (the number shown on the website is bad".Desired Settlement: A reund of my money
