represents P*** *** *** *** DE II LLC (***) in various legal matters In September, *** advised us that they had acquired a mortgage loan on a property owned by Mr*** and asked us to begin the foreclosure process We sent Mr*** the required notice of foreclosure on or about August 6, He called our toll free number on August 14, and we returned his call on August 17, Mr*** inquired about the same matters he stated in his complaint We directed Mr*** to *** for further information He has not called our firm since his one phone call on August 14, 2015, and were unaware of his difficulties in reaching *** until we received this complaint.In our August 6, 2015, letter, we acknowledged that Mr*** had filed bankruptcy and that his personal obligations on the mortgage loan in question may have been discharged Insofar as Mr*** has apparently made multiple calls to *** without a response, our firm will contact Mr*** via phone I suspect that Mr*** is confusing his first mortgage (on which he may be current) with a second mortgage acquired by *** We will provide him with the information he seeks, specifically the meaning of the account number and background on ***'s acquisition of his mortgage loan However, it would appear that Mr***'s complaint is actually directed toward our client as opposed to our firm.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.Yours truly,
