Businesses response is on par with our experience Wrong As stated 12/6/17, purchase was received and the return was processed and the item that is the subject of this complaint was purchased with the credit Item was not mailed out until 1/8/and received 1/10/ A week after the initial purchase with credit, I had to call and ask where my item was and was told the purchase didn't go through because there was an employee error At that time, I spoke with a female manager who said a bottle would be expedited at no charge and they would have to figure out how to reapply my credit back to the full amount That bottle was never received After calling again a week or so later, an associate assured me that one would be overnighted to me Needless to say, many nights passed with no product delivered After two more calls to speak with a manager, I never received a return call When I never received a return call, I reached out to them again several days later In this instance, I spoke with an employee who couldn't even determine the math that would give the correct credit amount or comprehend the series of events leading up to my frustration and numerous calls He was not of any assistance Over a month had passed and numerous phone calls and details that are conveniently left out of the businesses' response, had been made Money has been finally refunded, but this business surely deserves their D- Revdex.com rating, if not an F There should be no such level of difficulty and excuses with placing and receiving orders

Customer placed her order:  12/03/2017 - Order# and Fedex delivery the order on 12/6/2017. (The order was shipped complete). Customer confirmed she received this order on 12/06/2017 4:39 pm via email.  Customer decided to return the Calcium Peanut butter chocolate for a Credit towards...

another product.  We used the credit and applied it to her new order for: Ultra Multi formula w/Iron 90 count.  We shipped this item: 1/8/2018 and Fedex shows delivery: 1/10/2018.Customer then calls back stating she didn't receive this order on 1/10/2018, so we refunded her money to her Credit card on file ($42.83).   When we process refunds to Credit cards, it takes approximately 2-5 business days for the Credit card company to refund monies.   Refunds are not immediately applied to a credit card.Wrap-up:  Per our records the customer received her original order in full.  We also processed a new order (Ultra Multi formula with Iron-90 count, using her Credit and this order was received 1/10/2018.Customer stated she didn't received the 1/10/2018 order, therefore we refunded the money to her.

Review: I had at one time signed up for the auto refill of my vitamins. I had emailed them several times to please cancel the auto refill, as I could no longer afford the vitamins. Their site would not let me cancel it or removed my credit card information. At the time all I could do was email them through their web site. It fell on deaf ears. The first time it was auto refilled after I had canceled I let it go thinking maybe I hadn't given enough time for it to be canceled, its refilled every 3 months. This last time when I saw the money taken out of my account and left me in the red with my banking balance, I was very upset. I tried to call them that evening but with the time difference they were closed, so I emailed once again. I called the next business day, and was given a return # and told I would not have to pay for shipping. Well I had to pay for shipping, and when I called an explained to person on the phone, he told me that sorry its company policy. I could understand if it was something I ordered and was returning. I did not order this. I was told by the previous person I would not have to pay for it to be returned. So, not only am I out and still in the red the $141.+ for the vitamins also the $17.+ for shipping. They are to refund my money for the vitamins I suppose after they get the vitamins back. But I'm still out for shipping and the over draft fee of $24.00 from my bank.Desired Settlement: Refund in full of the shipping and order fees. I would like the over draft fee back as well.

Review: The company has me set up for automatic refills for several vitamins. I have asked them to cancel the automatic refills and I have sent back 3 packages, unopened. They have been charging me $39.40 for each package. I have e-mailed every time notifying them that I am sending the package(s) back. I have received a refund for $32.90 only and they continue to send more packages and charge me. They now owe me $85.30. That's 3 packages at $39.40 each minus the $32.90 refund. I am not paying the $6.50 for shipping or restocking or whatever it is. This is their error. I e-mailed the company on 7/31, 8/6, 9/9 and today, 9/28 and my e-mails have gone unansweredDesired Settlement: I want a refund of $85.30 and I want the automatic refills to stop
