I have used this company for my computer protection. They are a total scam, they keep charging for things and can never be gotten on the phone when needed. Now they have a number that is not working after they were paid to put virus protection on my computer.

I received a telephone call in afternoon of 1/3/2014 from this organization stating that my home computer was in danger of crashing from computer hackers; and stated that they were from Windows Miocrsoft Software. Mr. [redacted] (which is an [redacted] He stated that I was using the software without a legal license. I purchased my software with my computer 6 months earlier,and he insisted that it had expired, I needed to purchase it again. I grew doubtful of his motive when I said I would go back to the place of purchase to check into it; he then took everything off my computer where I could no longer operate it, when I ask for the computer to be return the status it was in before he called my home, he refused and actually stated "no" I need to purchase the software and security license of Garigo Tech to gain access to my computer again and it would cost me $185.00. He stated that he could not reinstate my computer back to it's previous status because it would crash; I told him that I did not care just return it back to the previous status which he refused to do until I purchase the product. Windows software is not affliated with this organization. I check it out at the end of the reenstatement of my computer. I feel that I was forced to purchase something that I did not need; and when I asked to be placed into the previous status I should have immediately been reinstated to the condition of my computer before he deleted my entire computer of information; and disabled use. The use of windows software should not have cause the deletion of my entire computer. I should have had access to the use of my computer, I feel that I was forced to purchase a $185 sofeware and secuity package which I truly do not believe was necessary. They installed something on my computer after being paid the money; but I personally do not see any difference in the preformance of my computer. I felt that I have been taken advantage of; I paid the $185 to save my computer and personal information. No further problem from the company as a result of this claim.
