Review: We paid $450 for lifetime training on 3/22/15 for our then 11 week old German Shepard. We had a couple sessions and like what was promised that we referred a few neighbors who also signed up for the lifetime service. We have had missed appointments and have been unable to get ahold of the trainer. I have called and left several messages via voicemail and text. The voicemail of the trainer is now full. I tried reaching out to the head office of Bark Busters and have yet to receive any sort of callback or communication whatsoever.Desired Settlement: We would like to continue with the service if they are prepared to offer what was solicited, if not we do expect a full refund

Review: I purchased a dog training policy for the life of my dog on June 17, 2015

I received 1 initial assessment visit on June 17, 2015, I had 2 follow up training visits (06/25/2015 and July 9, 2015).

I was scheduled for my next visit on July 29, 2015, on this day the trainer [redacted] was a no show and no call. I called and left several messages asking for a response every week since this no show with no response. I emailed Bark Busters cooperate office on 08/10/2015 to explain what has happened and asked for some assistance, I received a response asking for a copy of my receipt and that the company would send me a new trainer, to date I have not received any further contact from the cooperate office with the new trainer information, today I email cooperate asking for a refund and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund for all funds paid for this policy as the company has defaulted on the services they promised to provide.
