Bark Central Doggie Daycare and Dog Boarding

Review: I had my Golden Retriever boarded from Friday to Sunday. I had left the management with 3 different phone numbers along with my email address that I could be reached at if they needed to contact me with any emergencies that may arise. Well on Sunday when I picked him up he was UNABLE TO WALK and he had rubber boots on him....the counter girl told me he had damaged pads. When I got home we removed the boots and found them filled with his blood with the top layer of all of his pads HANGING OFF. NEVER ONCE did this business ATTEMPT TO CALL ME OR A VETERINARIAN....the owner claimed she did not think it was a BIG DEAL SO SHE IGNORED THE ISSUE.I took him to the vet the following morning they think he was left in a gravel lined cage for a extended period of time as his paws in between the pads were also injured. So far I have spent $100 on the boarding $200 on the vet $200 on lost work since I have to carry a 80lb dog everytime he needs to move. I have requested a refund for the animal cruelty with no response. Also the rubber boots that they had put on him with a vet consultation caused the start of a yeast infection from they trapped moisture from his blood.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the boarding services....I also think that them covering the Vet bills would be acceptable since they caused the issue and caused it to become worse due to their inhumane practices

Hello, attached I have included the receipt for the vet bill caused by the business...I do not have the agreement from doggy day care as they did not give me a copy (i guess that should have been my first warning). Also I would like to note that the letter they had sent you they flat out LIED my dogs feet were NEVER wrapped the front desk receptionist told me all they did were put the rubber boots on him after they noticed HE COULDNT WALK, when we got home I took off the boots and they were FILLED WITH BLOOD. ALSO if you check their facebook page they even wrote on there wall about how they were removing all the rock from their facility.I trusted this company with my dog...I'll never make that mistake again
