I have used***-*-*** dog grooming in*** for a couple of years up until the incident last week We brought our yorkie in to get groomed on Tuesday and he came home infested with fleasI ended up having to do flea treatments for both of our dogs, throw dog beds away and fumigate our entire house to make sure the house did not become infested also or have our month old baby be exposed to anythingI notified the owner *** and asked for a refund for the grooming service and she started yelling at me that their business does not have fleas and I must be stupid because "fleas are not transmitted that way." This is a health concern that the owner of a pet grooming business apparently does not know how fleas are transmitted if she does not know they can jump up to a meter from dog to dog The owner refused to listen and ended the conversation by hanging up the phone I hope nobody else has to go through what we did with this business!
