We received a letter today dated 12/21/in regards to [redacted] We do tax collections and litigation on behalf of our client the Ohio Attorney GeneralDue to Federal Tax Information Laws we cannot discuss a taxpayers debtWhat I can say is that Mr [redacted] filed a complaint that states his payments would be done in NovemberWe have not received any calls from Mr [redacted] since 10/03/when he called to update his address so that he could receive liens releasesAt that time he was told he would receive all but one release due to another payment still due and the Attorney General’s system migrationMr [redacted] never called again so I am not sure why a complaint was filed.Should you need additional information please do not hesitate to contact my office

We have never had any contact with this person, only a letter was sent about Personal School District Tax she owes to the State of Ohio in the amount of $373.87.All our letters have the Attorney General logo as required because Barkan & Barkan Law is Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney

The letters were sent in error by our administrative assistant, I had printed the letters to scan and close and return the file.On 03/21/2017 the address was removed and the case close back to my client, please destroy the letters.
I was told by barken and barken that they would no longer contact me.. I recieved two more letters from them today one of the letters was dated 1/17/17 but post marked 03/21/17 and the other was dated 03/20/17 and post marked 03/21/17. Not only are they still contacting me now they are sending two letters at a time. This is not what they promised so I would like the complaint reopened.

I am a he not a she. I have not been a resident of ohio in 20 years. How could I owe any school taxs ? They have false information.
