I had scheduled an appointment with DrBarkate for an evaluations about my unfinished invisalign treatmentI had several orthodontics issues, the main one being the deep overbiteDrBarkate told me that my deep overbite could not be corrected or improved upon with invisalign alone, mentioning this type of correction is already hard enough with metal braces, not achievable with plastic invisalign traysI have been to a previous dentist who had some invisalign training and was unable to keep the treatment for health issues I thought that by DrBarkate being an orthodontist he would be capable of addressing my orthodontic issues with invisalign, but I was wrongHe disencouraged me to pursue my correction through invisalignI am very glad that I listened to my gut feeling, not led by Hal Barkate's credentialsDoing my homework and getting referral directly form invisalign, I have selected a few top 1% invisalign orthodontists providers and finally my persistence paid off when I found the right professional who was able to indeed to improved upon greatly my deep overbite with PLASTIC INVISALIGN TRAYS ALONE, no metal braces were necessary as DrBarkate told meI thought Hal was a nice guy, friendly...after I have been seen substantial results form my invisalign treatment I contacted DrBarkate through the same means that he got my attention when I was a potential client to notify him about my progressI was ignored, no answer from him or his officeI even sent him a return receipt letter, which was signedFinally toward the end of my invisalign treatment when the correction was obviously noticed I contacted him again to notify and let him know that indeed my overbite could have been and it was corrected by invisalign aloneI thought that he, as a professional who claims to take his job seriously would be interested in knowing that the type of treatment I was looking for is achievable and I thought that he would be interested in updating his knowledge or at least get my orthodontist referral, so that he could be honest with his patients who look for overbite correction through invisalign that he does not do, but he could refer to someone else in the best interest of his clientsI heard nothing form him...I thought he was a person with open mind and integrity...I had no answer to my several attempts to contact him
