Review: Hello- I ordered a collar on April 16th, 2015 and I have not received it. I ordered it in person at a [redacted] for them to ship it back to my house when they got back to their home office since they did not have the one on site. I have yet to receive it. I have called and left messages, I have emailed, and I have left Facebook messages with not one response back.Desired Settlement: I would like my dog collar or a refund.

Review: We had ordered a collar and leash from Barkbling.com and have never received our order. It is going on over 3 weeks and there has been no response from the company at all. I have tried calling and emailing with no response but they charged my card and they have received their money already.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive what I ordered. If that cannot be accomplished then I would like a refund for my order.
