vaccination given by her vet may not prevent the occurence. I told her all the pets within the facility must show proof of vaccinations. I apologized for her dog getting this disease but it is very common in any pet care facility. There is a chance we didnt get her message as this was the time in which we were switching to Voice over Internet phone system.
In regards to the bath, I also apologized for the pet not getting a bath. There is a good chance she picked up early but we didnt discuss that. The manager on duty who would possibly know this situation is at home after just giving birth to her new son. I thought it would be inappropriate to interview her about this.
