Hello,I am responding to the above mentioned complaint I wish I could say that the customer was wrong in her outline of what happenedFrom what I now know her account was accurateAlthough this is unimportant to us compared to a dissatisfied customer, our staff member points out important
discrepancies in timing and how the calls were handled. He has been disciplined in his handling of customers.We have since paid the customer for her digital piano trade in, written her a formal apology, and given her a certificate for an additional free in home service for her piano to be used anytime within a yearShe seemed happy with the outcome.
