Barker Mitsubishi-Kia

Review: After visiting a different dealer who ran the VIN of my car I purchase in April of 2014 purchased from Barker Kia, I learned my car was in a severe accident in 2013. When I purchase this car I asked for the carfax and they did show me a carfax but it did not show any accidents like this on it. I am not sure if they showed me a different vehicle's carfax or what. Inaddition to my car being wrecked before without me knowing at time of purchase I had some really fishy stuff happen with the finance. I was told the lowest interest rate was like a 5% with MidSouth Bank well I was ok with that and he did all the paperwork for us to sign well after I thought about it I wanted to keep my loans together at Chase Bank. So I asked him to give my the higher one with chase. It was only suppose to be like .2% more which is not that muck more. Well he made some fishy phone call never said an account number or anything and all of a sudden I got like a 3% though Chase. I believe they lie and send most of their customers to MidSouth Bank for some reason. Well I went today for the dealership to see if they would make it right, but all they can say is that sucks and nothing they can do. Desired Settlement: I would like to give them the car back and receive a full refund
