1. We created the architectural plans needed to estimate the job.
2. we gave the customer a set of those plans.

the contract the customer asked us to perform a lot of extra work which we did. After declining to sign a contract we billed him for the extra work.
Barker and Son will concede and provide him with a set of sealed drawings if he will will remove his negative post form the Revdex.com and all other sites.
