From: Lana K [redacted] Date: Fri, Apr 8, at 4:PMSubject: barking barbers #11295540To: [redacted] @cleveland.Revdex.com.org hi there ***ok mrschaffer comes in about every or moswith his golden retreiver, on march of 16, I was not there that day, but my groomer that took care of his dog,she had said that his dogs ears looked red, that is what I have instructed them to say if they notice a problem, to maybe keep a eye on them or if really bad, a suggestion to see there veti know we are not veternarians, but a red ear ,means something, whether allergies, yeast, something is going on, so I think it is a courtesy, that we see things as we are grooming there pet and going over them, to point these things out, I have never in years had someone call and complain that there vet said there was no ear infection, and want me to pay his vet billi was very nice to him, but in no way was I going to pay his vet bill,so when I asked him what did he want me to do to make him happy, well he said im out like $so when I said sir I try to point things out to my customers as a good thing,I am not going to pay your vet bill, immediatley he said i'm calling Revdex.com, I said ok, I have been in business along time and all the surrounding vets know that I am not like that and would not do something like that to me its ridiculous thank you and any further info you need I would be happy to give you..lana karnow {owner} Barking Barbers inc
