We are very pleased with BALL'S prompt response and service! Our toilet, original to the condo (1973-74), had developed serious problems. R offered to rebuild it or to install a new toilet; the latter option made the most sense economically. The EcoFlush unit R installed uses very little water but the pressurized-air system clears the bowl with each flush. No more problems! We are very pleased with the quality unit and excellent service. Thank you!!
