I am rejecting this response because: It does not address safety issues for PUPPIES related to the chew itself. The chew is recommended for puppies. Since puppies are puppies how could you possibly take a position of: well your puppy doesn't listen and runs away so it's your puppies/puppy parents fault. Obviously, BarkNBig will say anything to avoid responsibility, including blaming the puppy for being a puppy? How about not recommending the product for puppies at all? isn't that really the point? I will continue in pursuit of this via Social Media etc until this company takes accountability for it's recommendations and product safety. Shame on you!
