Review: On April 7th 2009 new 30 year roof shingles were installed throughout the houses and Garages.

On July of 2014 we had a leak in the bathroom of One of the houses and called them and they were very nice and responded within 2 days repairing the leak (so we thought).

In August 2014 it was leaking again and they again came back to repair the leak (so we thought).

In September 2014 I spoke to [redacted] and he informed me that he would take care of the problem by removing the section of the roof and re-doing that area since he now knows what has to be done to solve the problem. He was very nice, understanding and most committed to help.

After 3 weeks of not hearing from him my Daughter In-law called him and told me he did not return her calls so I then called him several times and he did not return my calls as well.

I then called and left a message that if I did not here from him I would not have a choice but to go to court as a last resort.

I then sent him a certified return receipt letter which was signed for but again never heard from him.

So now I am going to court and must report this unfair business treatment to Revdex.com and let others know how they treat there customers.Desired Settlement: All I want is the leak fixed as promised by [redacted]
