Review: I am pulling my hair out from what is possibly the first time I've ever actually been robbed by a restaurant. The place seemed like a regular Korean bar, so I decided to order wings on Super Bowl Sunday for pickup. I got there when they said to be (an hour) and learned from an incredibly rude [redacted] that not only had they not made my food, that if I wanted the food that night I would have to wait 3 hours! I asked for a refund only to be dragged through the mud and transferred between hostesses who were clearly told to not refund my money from their management. I am now out $50 from these scammers and they refuse to refund my money. I don't really know what other courses of action I have other than writing this review and letting other know that if you order from this restaurant there is a change you will be scammed out of your money, your night ruined by extremely rude [redacted]s, and nobody else in the restaurant willing to help at all. This was [redacted] order ([redacted]) if anyone from management sees this.So upset, because I was having such a good day and even left a nice tip, EVEN THOUGH I was picking it up, not getting delivery.Such a horrible experience.Desired Settlement: I would like the $47 that I paid BarKogi refunded because they never provided the service or food I paid for. An apology would also be nice for the horrible customer service of the hostess and [redacted].

Review: This complaint is both an advertising and customer service problem. I received an email from a third-party app this restaurant is using called [redacted]. I showed the server my email who then showed it to his manager. I was prompted to get out of my seat to their iPad to log into the app to show that I in-fact had been sent a free item off of their menu. The manager and entire staff were extremely rude and uneducated of a system that they are using with their business that sent me a coupon. When I stated that it is not my problem that they don't know how to use their own system they gave me attitude and stated to me that I'm asking them to "trouble shoot" the problem.

I have never seen such horrific customer service by a business's employees and manager and certainly did not appreciate being degraded. I came to this restaurant for a relaxing evening, I didn't come to stand out of my seat to show employees how to use their own system and then being degraded because they didn't know how to access a code they needed. When I stated if they can take it off the bill due to the email I received and the trouble I went as I clearly received a free item, the manager didn't respond to me and walked away.

After going through all of that, I stated to the waiter that this is false advertising, the reason why I walked into this restaurant was because of the promotion that I was sent. They should not be using a third party system if they do not know how to use it. After that, I walked out of the restaurant and am disgusted with how I was treated.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if this review is shown with others as I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Moreover, I'd like to receive some sort of credit as I traveled to this location due to the advertisement that was sent to me and was degraded by staff. In a perfect world, it would be nice if this business completely got restaffed, however, I do recommend that the owner relooks at their current manager and hire a manager who is respectful to their customers and is actually educated on their products.
