to whom it may concern I spoke with ms [redacted] on april and she said she was happy with the car and our dealership there was a lot of confusion and the time of purchase however everything has been worked out [redacted] barksdale cadillac?
Ms [redacted] is correct in stating the wait time was too long and I apologize There were other vehicles that arrived earlier that morning that took much longer than anticipated After a long wait, Ms [redacted] was offered a loaner vehicle but there was a problem with her drivers license We took her to the DMV to so that she could resolve the issue but for some reason she could not get a license When returning from the DMV, we still had not started on Ms ***'s vehicle She demanded her vehicle be returned to her and she left very upset.I can not blame Ms [redacted] for being angryWe can usually get a vehicle in and out in a couple of hours or sooner depending on the type of repair but there were unforeseen circumstances the day she was here Again, I apologize for her inconvenience
