Barkworks

Review: I purchased a Pet travel case from Barworks in March 2014. We bought this about a month before we flew to Colorado in April.A few days before we left we went to checkout the case a try putting Mia (Our Chihuahua we bought at Barkworks)in it. Well she absolutely refused to go into the case. We took her to Colorado in the old case and returned to California later in April. We took the new case back to the Barkworks store, and were told we could not get refunded. Manager said no.I said we spent about $1100 Mia here and hundreds and hundreds in accessories and supplies. The answer was still no.I guess they figure the $60 case refund is worth all my future business, and negative reviews.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund for the case I purchased, but did not use.
