I am rejecting this response because: The time lapsed and/or mileage accrued on the vehicle since the repair made by *** Automotive (***) in is irrelevant The wiring that was replaced by *** in was not properly fastened, and/or routed This improper fastening/routing of the wires lead to them becoming entangled in my serpentine belt Properly fastened/routed wires would NEVER (not in years, not in years) lead to entanglement in the serpentine belt I spoke to Mr*** *** on the phone the day that the problem was diagnosed During that conversation, I offered to allow him to tow the vehicle to *** and to make any repairs needed at his expense, which I imagine would have been considerably cheaper for Mr*** He responded that he could not guarantee that any repairs made at *** would be without cost, and that he was not willing to pay for the tow from Crystal City to *** I left Mr*** a message the following day stating that I would have the diagnosing repair facility make the repairs, and in turn sue Mr*** for the cost of the repairs and for the expense of the rental vehicle used while the the repairs were being made

Bought a Chevrolet Spark newWarranty was up to 100,milesMotor went out once while under warrantyChevrolet fixed the issue and replaced the motor but refused to extend the warranty and refused to let us get a different vehicleHad a problem with oil leaking every few monthsMotor just went out for the 2nd time and the warranty went out about 20,miles agoChevrolet said there is nothing they could doContacted them and they said we'd have to pay about $to get the motor taken apart to find out what the problem is and at what cost, but said there is no guarantee any assistance would be given
Three years ago I had work done on my car by this companyI had an EGR valve installed. A couple months ago I started having some sever issues with the carI took it to a local mechanic and he asked me had I had any work done on the EGR valveThe wires they installed got tangled into my serpentine beltThey did not install them correctly I contacted them and told them I was having issues with the car from work they did on the carI told them I wanted them to pay to have my car towed to them and for them to fix the car for freeHe said he was not willing to pay for a tow. I would like for them to reimburse me for the cost of having to get my car repaired for the faulty work they did on the wiring for the EGR valve
