Review: Barlow failed to properly align car. Made numerous appointments with service manager to leave car and Barlow was to provide rental car. Had to wait several hours on numerous occasions to get rental car which was damaged and unsafe to drive. After Barlow was unable to align car, service manager agreed to exchange new [redacted] tires for different type of [redacted] tires in an effort to fix problem. [Barlow thought original new tires might be defective] 9 months later I received an email demanding payment for tires.Desired Settlement: Exchange tires and refund alignment fee.
