Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/20) */ In response to the correspondents complaints we have offered on a number of occasions to take a look at the sectional and repair it at our own cost no additional to the customerWe are a furniture business and have the tools and means to fix a lot more then just the general publicCustomer was not forced into purchasing anything and could at anytime entered the establishment to look over the furniture at the time of purchase everything was done via esign to convince for customerupon delivery all customers are required to sign a paper stating the following items have been inspected and accepted by the customer (will attach such signed doc).Even still as a business we try to do what we can for our customers and continued to offer to repair the furniture for the customer and she refusedin fact customer started to use foul language and still inspite of that we still offer to go to her house pic up the furniture to repair itNext we had seen the complaint and again attempted to contact customer via facebook and voice calls to try to resolve the issueAs our invoice states all sales are final and no refunds are givenWe still went out of our way as a business to help fix the situation but no response Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/07/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The business owner called me this morning abd told me they would be ordering me a new sectional...then I see this response so I'm confused as to what they are really planning to doI did start to use foul language as I'm very upset over the situation and having to pay for garbage or else it will affect my creditThey sent me one Facebook message since and it was asking if they could come pick up the couch for repairAs I stated, I'm not stupid abd injure this can't be fixedAs for going into the store they are right about that I was stupid to trust that they was selling me quality merchandise without seeing it firstI never responded to them asking me if they could pick up the couch because I've been waiting for Revdex.com responseI'm not going to put that I'm happy with the outcome of thus until I knits for sure what the company intends to do about this matterI'm not upset because there was minor things wrong with the couch like I had first noticed until I looked more carefully art the couchI'm angry because they sold a couch to be in this condition after putting me into a contract with a credit financing company for over $
