started becoming very difficult to talk to demanding a refund without a determination of what was wrong with the refrigerator.  We offered to send a technician right over but she insisted on being there with him.  When our tech arrived she would not allow him to perform his task without badgering him about a refund and not wanting the refrigerator.  The next business day she called again and started demanding a refund at which time I agreed.  We made arrangements to pick up the unit and it was then we noticed that the doors were not properly adjusted due to the tenant having to remove them to install the unit in the kitchen which left an opening around the freezer door technically it was the fault of the tenant or whoever picked up the refrigerator that it wasn't cooling properly. As for food loss she never mentioned anything through the whole process about any food loss and I am in doubt that it accured.  Please note the highlighted areas on her receipt.  It is unfortunate that customer relations have to suffer due to a lack of patients.  We have been a family owned business for over 65 years.   Businesses don't tend to last that long without customer satisfaction. Thank you  Randy B.
