We will not be awarding any money for this complaint.  Both the bride and groom were very pleased with the venue and felt we upheld the terms of the contract and provided a very nice venue for their wedding.

Partial/Reasonable refund for the property not being maintained and for the disruption of the events causes unnecessary emotional suffering. The property to be cleaned and maintained for future guests and a written apology from the owners so that we may share publicly for our guests and wedding...

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The bride and groom were unaware of some of the issues until seeing the pictures. They were approached on their wedding day after the reception and consuming alcohol, taken off guard by the owner who attempted to intimidate them. [redacted] from [redacted] also informed the family that there is not a parking agreement in place and the owners did not have permission to send guest cars there. I did not ask for full reimbursement, I asked for an apology letter to share with guests. We have shared our pictures in reviews and on social media as well as agreeing to speak with local media outlets.
