Barn Crashers

[redacted] entered into a contract, ruined my barn, destroyed my fence, left everything a total mess, did not pay me. Please be aware of a company called BARN CRASHERS. I had 60'Wide x 70'Long x 30' High barn built over a 30"x 30' log barn for sale for $5,000. He gave numerous offers that I turned down. I signed a contract with him after he guaranteed I would get much more than I was asking by allowing him to take the barn down and sell it, then split the profit. He said he was licensed and insured. It was supposed to be completed and the site cleaned by February 8th. He stripped the barn of everything easily saleable by February 8th, ruined my new fence, and then left and didn't come back. The barn skeleton then fell in a big windstorm a couple of weeks later and hit more of my fence and almost landed on my livestock. I contacted him numerous times and told him to clean it up and pay me. He then came out 3 weeks after he had left and illegally burned it. He still hasn't paid for

took siding from barn and left rest wrote bad check for and never came back
they bought my old barn for said they would move and clean up mess I tried to collect and they jumped in truck and ran off they later gave me a check for which was no good I called law and got no results they are stealing peoples property and leaving a mess

We have signed contract with Randy *** for demolition of old barn buildings in which he promised to tear down buildings and clear property of ALL debris, down to dirt Contract specifies that in event Mr*** did not complete cleanup, he would reimburse us for our costs to finish cleanup He DID NOT, complete cleanup, nor has he reimbursed us for our costs He made many promises by texts, but never followed through and now does not answer our calls or texts Rumors are that we are not the first ones 'ripped off? by him Would appreciate your help
