I was told by the cab company they would call me back with the rate. The next thing I know, no one called back. The driver showed up at the hospital and before we left he said $15.When he pulled in my drive, he announced the meter rate until he called the office and they changed it. Regards,[redacted]
We have a standard flat rate for [redacted] zip codes, set by the hospital. These trips are not set by meter rates. Our company is in [redacted] and has set rates for the local hospitals.Every customer is told, prior to the trip the set rate, each person has the right to arrange other...

Mrs. [redacted],During peak times we do get back-up, I can only apologize for that. We make every effort to accommodate our customers and quickly & safely as possible. We also accommodate "time calls", if you know a time you want to go to a store, you can call anytime after...
6 AM and set it up so yo wont have a long wait time, if it is in afternoon, call after 2 pm.
