Naqua Tech did in fact install a new liner, change the sand in their filter and repaired their stepsThe customers pool was a total mess when
we showed up to look at it we have many pictures to show the condition of the pool and copingWe gave them a price to install a new liner as that was all they requested at first we also informed them that the coping around the pool was in need of repair or needed to be replaced but they declinedThe customer was told The steps to the pool needed to be replaced or repaired if possible, they were given a price to replace them and they declined but asked for a price to repairMike then made a trip out to their home to look at the steps as he is the only one that does the step repairsAfter looking at the steps they were given a price and it was accepted by themLater they requested that we change the sand in their filter we told them how much it would be and they told us to do the workThe sand that was put in their filter is the very same sand we sell to all of our customers and is recommended by the filter manufacture (Hayward)The sand is called mystic whiteIf the customer was so unhappy and felt that the work was inadequate then why would they pay their bill in full? The customer called us this year to let us know that the liner had come out of the coping in one location so we sent a man out there to take care of the issue and they were satisfied, no mention of any other problemsTo our knowledge there were no other issues at that time Towards the end of the season in september we got a phone call stating they were loosing water and would like us to look at itWe were extremely busy at the time and explained that it would be at least a week before we could come out but we would look at the pool for themapproximately a week and a half or two weeks later we sent the individual that installed the liner out to look at ithe could not visually see any problem with the liner and told them to plug the lines and give it a few days to see if the leak stops and to lest us knowThey called back roughly four days or so and said they were still losing water so we told them we would schedule a diver to come out and see if there were any problems with the liner or stepswhen the diver did an inspection he found over twenty small holes in the liner that were not in the seams but on the floor and wallsThe diver patched the holes and informed the customer of the holes and what his opinion of how the holes got thereThe warranty only covers manufacture defects and nothing elseThe work was performed properly and in a proffesional mannerThey have been using the pool for two seasonsNaqua Tech did not charge the customer for the divers fees or the patches that were installed he spent a total of hours diving in their poolNaqua tech has an extremely good reputation in the industry and always goes above and beyond for their customers as we did here as wellNaqua Tech Has many photos of this projectThe cost of the liner is nowhere near $as they stated and Naqua tech has all the invoices and billing to show that
OFFER:
If there were a legitimate problem with the materials or the work performed we would most definitely stand behind what ever it was but this problem does not stem from installation or material defects

We complained last year about above problems to no availWe never claimed the liner was $that was total charged, also I told my son not to pay until work was complete and done properly I was not home when he paid themI also have several pictures of pool and witnesses as to what I was quotedThis company has tried every which way to get out of correcting the issues

This complaint is ridiculous, Naqua Tech closed his pool on September 19th and all was good no complaints from him then. His complaint was made in December almost 3 months later at which time our office was closed for the winter. The customers...

pool was closed properly and the cover was installed properly, We have no control over mother nature and the wind. If the cover was not installed properly it would have come off right away, further more for him to say his pool can be damaged is far from the truth. the water was drained to the proper level below the return lines and We blew the lines and winterized the equipment properly. This is the only response I will make to this claim. By the way why would the customer pay their bill in full if there was a problem and then three months later complain.

I paid the bill in full because it was a requirement of that company. I called multiple times with no return phone calls because the water level in the pool had drained well below the scimmer and not at the level it was left at, leaving me to believe that there was a hole somewhere. I am filing a dispute with my cc company and will be taking legal action as the company clearly does not stand behind workmanship (which they have none). Look at their facebook page that is full of complaints because they are a crooked company. If I pay for a service I expect it to last more than 90 days.
