Barnes and Noble Booksellers

I have been a BN customer for decades but now I have become extremely soured with them due to their horrendous customer service and equally horrendous (now discontinued Nook HD+) tablets. Not only do employees NOT know a single thing on how to fix problems with their extremely poorly designed electronics, they also REFUSE to allow customers the option of deleting bundled software preloaded on their tablets. This is an unfair and somewhat hazardous practice since I've had several instances of having to wipe my tablet clean of everything do to problems with preinstalled apps that I couldn't get rid of. Never again will I purchase anything but physical books and/or coffee from BN. As if that weren't bad enough, they REFUSE to keep the cafe area clean, the chairs are practically falling apart and the tables are very rarely cleaned. Also the shelves are a nightmare since everything is shelved willy-nilly due to the employees' obvious unable to read or spell.
