Ms*** & her son came in and picked out the refrigeratorShe was only charged $29.00/ for delivery, installation & removal of her old refrigeratorThe problem arose because previously someone had tacked on trim on the cabinet which
prevented the refrigerator to slide inWe make no cuts or adjustments to cabinets and she was told thatShe said that her son could remove the trim and they were to leave the refrigerator right thereThere was no attempt to place the refrigertor into the available spaceThe water line was installed, her old refrigerator removed & the new refrigerator hooked up and turned onNo, dents or scratches were made & the customer was satisfied at that timeAfter two weeks of use she did call and say that the refrigerator was too big and she wanted to return itThis is now a "used" refrigerator & we can not resell as "new"She said that she understood and would try to make other arrangementsIf Ms*** had made her case at the time of delivery, we certainly would have let her return it and pick out another modelWe always send two men to deliver, just to make sure no damage is made to their new appliance & that the customer is satified with our service

LETS START WITH THE TRIMTHE TRIM HAS BEEN HERE A VERY LONG TIMEIT WAS HERE ALREADY WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSENO ONE PREVIOUSLY TACK THE TRIM ONI NEVER ASKED ANYONE AT BARNES TO DO ANY KIND OF ADJUSTMENTS OR CUTS TO MY KITCHENTHE MEN TRIED TO FORCE THE REFRIGERATOR AND IN DOING SO THEY PUT A INCH DENT ON THE SIDEI NEVER TOLD THEM JUST LEAVE IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN AND MY SON WILL REMOVE THE TRIM.THAT IS A LIEBARNES BARGINS ARE SAYING THAT IT WAS INSTALLED, MEANING THE WATER FOR THE ICE MAKER.NO SIR THEY DID NOT AND IT STILL IS NOT HOOKED UP.ONE OF THE MEN SAID THEY HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO GET A VALVE AND THEY WOULD BE BACK I SAID TO THEM,WAIT A MINUTE THE REFRIG DONT FIT, AND THE MAN SAID NOT TO WORRY THAT IT WILL FIT BUT FIRST THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE VALVETHEY NEVER CAME BACKAND IT WAS NOT WEEKS BEFORE I CALLED THEM IT WAS DAYS THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I NEVER SAID I WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTSTHEY LEFT ME WITH A REFRIG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN TURNED ON BUT NOT ICE MAKER NOT INSTALLED AND THE OLD REFRIG IS SITTING IN THE GARAGETHEY DID NOT REMOVE ITTHEY ARE TELLING ALL LIESI COULD TAKE A PIC OF THE OLD REFRIG IN THE GARAGEI WONDER HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN YEAR OLD WOMAN
