The "Complainer" had a industry leading service guarantee on his vintage Fender amplifierUnbeknownst to ChromeDomeAudio, he chose to seek out service work apparently at a closer location to himThis action was well within his rights as a free American, however he voided his warranty with
ChromeDomeAudio and has no reasonable expectation for compensation by ChromeDomeAudio. If the individual wanted ChromeDomeAudio to be responsible for anything in any wayHe would have had to have what ever, if anything completed by ChromeDome. And for the recordNo one guarantee's vintage guitar amplifiers for years after overhauls but my operationDay in and day out I fix problems that existed when equipment left the factory all the to a self inflicted wound caused by the hippie who owns the thing, This complaint department, otherwise known as the Revdex.com is in no way a realistic representation of the reputation my company, ChromeDomeAudio, LLC has with the music community. The Revdex.com should drug test these people before wasting anymore of my timeI truly believe this is the last time I shall humor such absurd claims and stories. Said industry leading guarantee is in no way shape or form made known to customersThere is no explanation and representation or warranty in any documentation I receivedAlso, this in no way addresses the issue that took two months, two round trips to the business, my time and my gas and my amp was never correctAfter the second time of not providing the appropriate level of service or addressing the sub par work, and work that was found not to have been done but was paid for, the business lost any level of trust and fraudulently represented their workAs a consumer, why would I give this business any further chances of correcting any work done at further inconvenience to myself, with little to no assurance the work would be done or be done correctly?At that point, the business should stand behind and be responsible for any monetary refund on their workAt this point, I'll gladly accept a $refund to address the work that they did not doI paid for a level of service and product that was not received, bottomlineWithout a refund of $- $687, this issue is not addressed.Any conjecture of socio-political solutions to this issue have no baring on the fact that I did not receive the product or service I paid forIf the business and owner focused as much on their work and customer service as throwing around grand social and political philosophies, this issue probably could've been avoided

What it is is a matter of fact, clear cut case of shoddy work, fraudulent representation of work, poor service and unacceptable response to the previously listed thingsThis left a customer (me) in a position where the only other option was to seek correction from another vendorThis correction was needed and a directly a result of Chrome Dome having touched my amp and not doing work I was charged forThis requires compensation by Chrome DomeAnything less is consumer fraud and should and will be dealt with as such.

From time to time we have to deal with an individual such as this one and in doing so, we have to dismiss them as a client. Regrettably, as the business grows by leaps and bounds it seams to happen more often. The individual in question here, had at his disposal many options but chose none of them. In the process he voided the warranty his vintage Fender amplifier had on it through us, and through his own poor behavior and his own actions was dismissed as a client. He is no longer allowed on the premises. He has been, in effect, "Fired" and this vitriol is the result. No further comment on our end is necessary.
