Sent an *** for my vehicle to BBA Reman for diagnosis just before Christmas A rep called me back with bad news, my *** was physically broken, beyond repair, but not to worry, they could clone the data in my *** into a replacement *** for $I bit the bullet and paid for the repairThe replacement *** arrived, my mechanic installed it, the car still did not runAfter weeks of BBA refusing to work with my mechanic to troubleshoot the issue, I finally got a manager (Jose) to return my phone call, hoping to resolve this issueBBA agreed to send me my original part back with a pre-paid postage label in order for me to return their replacement, non-functioning partI was informed that I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee for a part that weighs no more than lbs and is no larger than a college ruled notebookThe restocking fee was explained to me upfront, but was only applicable if I elected to return BBA's functioning partI was trying to return BBA's non-functioning partI took exception to the 15% restocking fee and was told that I may get a full refund, after BBA received their part back and if their warranty department approved the refund which could take 6-weeksI received my original part back from BBA Reman and boxed and shipped BBA's replacement, non functioning part the same dayThat same day I also stopped by my mechanic's garage, left him the original ***My mechanic called me no more than thirty minutes later to inform me that my car was runningIt turns out a bad wire was the reason why the car would not runMy mechanic had located the bad wire after I had sent BBA the ECU, and when BBA responded indicating that my original ECU was bad, this made sense at the time as we figured the bad wire shorted the computerLuckily for me, BBA's computer techs must get their degree from *** * ** as the VIN number was not properly installed into BBA's replacement part which is why the car would not run with the replacement partOtherwise, I would be driving around in a car having paid $for a fix I did not needOne has to wonder, how many times has this company been able to get away with betraying their customer's trust, selling them parts they did not need and charging them restocking fees for providing absolutely no service and generating exhausting amounts of frustrationI have had less than desirable experiences with businesses before but nothing like thisI have never left a review positive or negative with the Revdex.com before; my experience with this company compelled me to take action and to seek out the Revdex.com website to share this experienceIf I could leave stars I wouldIf I could subtract stars from their rating I would

I sent a *** *** to this company to test and they told me the *** was bad and non repairableThey said they could sell me a *** for $ready to plug inI was suspicious about this and I did not buy it and requested my old *** backI sent the same *** with another company and they told me the *** tested fineI then found out the *** was not the problem and the truck now runs fine with the same *** I sent inThis company lied to me and tried to sell me a new ***They just wanted to rip me offI told them I had sent it to a different company to test and BBA told me that other company couldnt test diesel *** when in fact they canThe job number on the invoice is ***Date 1-10-

I bought a bba-reman rebuilt throttle body (through eBay) for $(about 1/the price of a new unit) for a '*** 9-in October 'It arrived promptly, in nearly like-new conditionI installed it myself with the instructions provided (and my Haynes manual)It was pre-programmed so there was no need to spend another $or more for thatI would have had to for a new unitAfter a shakedown cruise of about miles, the unit is performing as it shouldSo far I have no complaints whatsoeverEven cold weather (12-15* F) starts are quick and easyCustomer service was excellent too; my e-mails were answered promptly and explanations were easily understood

I bought the replacement part (*** Navigation System CCC Unit) for my *** Mfrom this business
After receiving/installing the part it came BBA Remanufacturing Inc have not done any job (they had to re-program unit to match my VIN) and sent me unit taken from different *** model (regular series)I called them back telling I did not have AUX function and more functions specific to M model were not found(M-drive functions)
First time they told me I did not have AUX option in control display is due to Amplfier moduleWhich does not have anything to do with amplifier moduleTotally wrong statement because like I said before I did not have M-menu specific to M models as well
Second time I called with my concerns they told me the only option was to go to official *** dealership for re-coding ($800) because this type of CCC Units can not be re-programmed and it had to be done only in dealershipThat was lie and wrong statement again as I finally bought same model unit f

I have a *** and recently sent my ABS unit to BBA RemanufacturingI sent the unit in and got a call they day they received itThey repaired the unit and sent it back to me via day mail because I did not want to pay for overnight serviceThe cost of the repair was $and shipping was another $I have since installed my repaired unit and it works perfectlyPrior to the repair one the car would warm up the warning lights would come on an indicate ABS failureA host of other lights also came on including the parking brakeI am thrilled with the repair and it saved me from buying a used part for my carI read a number of reviews and started to worry I had made a bad choice after I had mailed them my partI could not be any happier with every aspect of what they did for meThank you!
