Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They continue to make appointments and then "order parts" I have even driven miles North to a GMC dealership they own and there after several hours of waiting been told that I would have to come back so they could take it apart and find out what was wrongI have owned the truck just over a month and it has been in the service deptover daysI will only resolve this complaint when the truck is repaired to my satisfactionI still have not received any paperwork stating what work has been done Regards, [redacted]

We have since traded the customer out of this vehicle; she is happy with the deal she received

Since this complaint was made, we have traded Ms [redacted] out of her Sonata into a new Sonata (07/18/2016)The customer owe's 2,less on the new loan compared to the Sonata she traded inBarnes Crossing Hyundai actually took a loss to make sure Ms [redacted] was satisfied

I've checked our dealer track system for both our Hyundai Mazda Dealership and our VW dealership (Where the lead came through on) and I see no history of either of our dealerships submitting his application to banksThis report will date back for day'sIf the customer could please let us know
the dealership that allegedly ran his credit, I will do everything I can to assist him

We have since contacted the buyer; and scheduled the repairs to be made

Ms*** *** was contacted on 02/18/and an appointment wes set for 02/19/for Ms*** to bring her vehicle to the Service DepartmentMs *** had purchased an used vehicle and after purchase the engine had started showing problems and the engine had been replaced with a rebuld
engineUpon inspection of engine, it was determined that a rocker arm was making a noise.
Ms *** was given a loaner vehicle to drive while repairs were being made to her vehicle. The rocker arm was replaced and the engine oil leak was corrected.
Ms*** picked her vehicle up on 02/27/and returned the loaner vehicle at no charge to the customer

I have check our Dealer Track CRM and did not see any Inquiries or credit submission that were made on *** *** at our Hyundai Mazda LocationWould the customer verify their name so we can proceed further in trying to correct any issue made on our partThank you!

We have a Purchase Agreement signed by the customer clearly showing that no taxes were collectedThe customer was fully aware that no taxes were collected as it was not showing on the Purchase AgreementThe customer was made aware that we did not collect any taxesIf needed, we can send Revdex.com
a copy of the Purchase AgreementAdditionally we are a one key store - meaning that we only offer one key on used carsShe purchased a used car and we only offer one keyThirdly, the customer did have wheel locks on her car, which we should have corrected and we will refund her the full amount of the charge once a receipt is provided.Lastly, regarding the drive out tag, the customer was not given a drive-out tag in error and we will pay $towards gas for her inconvenience as she had to turn around and come back to get itThis was a mistake by the salesperson and will be correctedIn summary, we will send the customer a refund check for $plus the charge for her wheel locks once she provides us a receipt.I, *** ***, have personally tried to call this customer and her voicemail has not been set up and she has failed to return my call

We are in constant contact with the customerParts have been ordered, as soon as the parts arrive the repairs will be made to the customers vehicle

We spent over $1,attempting to fix this issue in DecemberFind the RO attached with details of the repairs we madeWe did what we could at our Hyundai Mazda location and then we sent the vehicle to our Chevrolet Buick GMC store for additional work as Hummer is a GM productThe customer purchased an extended warranty and we are attempting to get additional items covered under the warrantyIf the customer is still not happy with the vehicle we will purchase it back from him and refund him the remaining balance on his extended warranty

I am rejecting this response because: They continue to make appointments and then "order parts".  I have even driven 30 miles North to a GMC dealership they own and there after several hours of waiting been told that I would have to come back so they could take it apart and find out what was wrong. I have owned the truck just over a month and it has been in the service dept. over 10 days. I will only resolve this complaint when the truck is repaired to my satisfaction. I still have not received any paperwork stating what work has been done.

Since this complaint was made, we have traded Ms. [redacted] out of her 2016 Sonata into a new 2016 Sonata (07/18/2016). The customer owe's 2,000 less on the new loan compared to the Sonata she traded in. Barnes Crossing Hyundai actually took a 5080 loss to make sure Ms. [redacted] was satisfied.
