This was the most positive experience I have ever had with an electric service***, was absolutely amazingAfter we installed an oven that ended up being a lemon [redacted] stayed and waited for the other oven to arrive and still did a full installationHe even sawed the opening to fit the new ovenAmazing professional work that I would recommend to everyone

My wife and I bought a home in *** in June We called Barnes Electric and could not be happier that we didFirst Mr*** showed up when he said he would and gave us an estimateWhen we accepted he showed up with his electricians when he said they would and did everything and more from the list of workThe quality of the work was excellent and Mr*** made several suggestions that improved our homeHe billed us for the exact amount he quotedBottom line for us he came when he said he would, he did a wonderful job and the bill was exactly as quotedWe could not have asked for more Plus we got to liking the guy he is a nice man

[redacted] stayed and waited for the other oven to arrive and still did a full installation. He even sawed the opening to fit the new oven. Amazing professional work that I would recommend to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr.[redacted] and the wonderful business that he owns and operates. I had a situation come up that was somewhat strange. I lost my power during a wicked storm around 5am. I figured it was just going to be out for a bit until nes got everything back online. 9 hours later I still didn't have power, but everyone around me did. I spoke with my power provider and they proceeded to tell me that everything was "all good" on their end, suggesting that I call my HOA. So I did just that. They would tell me to call nes and if they didn't know what was wrong I would need to call an electrician. It was now 5pm. No power for 12 hours. I called two electricians that someone from the HOA recommended. The two people I spoke with were rude and wanted no part in helping me. Telling me it would be a $700 minimum just to come out and see if they could fix it....To the google machine I went. The 3rd hit was Mr.[redacted] and Barnes Electric Service. I called him and he was very professional and most of all, he cared. I told him the situation and he had me do a couple of things with my breaker panels to see if that would restore the power, that didn't do it. By this time it was closer to 5:30. He didn't hesitate at all in telling me he would be at my house in 45 minutes while assuring me that I would soon have my power back and that everything would be Ok. He was at my house 30 minutes later. Found the issue. And it was my power companies mistake that caused the issue. The meter clusters outside the house were mixed up. My meter was for a neighbors house, and they had just moved out which meant they cut their power. But instead of their power being tuned off it was mine. Mr.[redacted] got on the phone with NES and made them come out to fix it. At 6:15 NES was dispatched to my house. TWO HOURS later they arrived. And Mr.[redacted] STAYED there the ENTIRE time until they showed up. Fixed the problem and left. And told me the proper course of action on how to approach the power company with the issue of me paying the neighbors power bill for 12 months. All in all, Mr.[redacted] and Barnes Electric is a phenominal business. They go WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what most companies do. I promise you will not be disappointed with Barnes Electric. Greatest utility company experience I've ever had hands down. Thank you so much Mr.[redacted] and [redacted] Electric.
