Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Dear Mr [redacted] I'm responding to your e mail to advise you that unfortunately I do not have access to my e mail at all timesI see that you have now closed my case without me having an opportunity to replay to the last message from Mossy Ford Just FYI, I do not agree to anything that has been mention from their partFurthermore, I just found out that I was tricked I to purchasing a guarantee which was misrepresented to me at the time of closing the finance deal with [redacted] the finance manager which assisted me Not only did he try to trick me into purchasing an alarm that was promised to be included in my truck, but also pushed me to purchase a guarantee in which he claimed I could have my oil changes every milesWhen I reached miles, I contacted the service department at Mossy, just to find out that it is only necessary to change the oil once a year or every 20,milesI was told by one of their service reps The reason why I purchased this $guarantee is because according to ***, I would save a lot of money since I had to service my car every miles, then I found out it was another scamWhen I was contacted by MOSSY, I told them about this matter and the lady told me that there is nothing they can do about this because I signed a contractAlso I was told that [redacted] is not longer working for Mossy ford because they had too many complaints due to his dishonest sales tactics I hope you can help me with this matterIt is not fair that we work so hard to make our money and establishments like this get away with all these scamsIn short, I am not happy, and there is no way I will ever purchase another vehicle from them nor use their service departmentFeel free to contact me at ###-###-####I will try to check r mails at any given opportunityRegards ***

This is the facts of this complaint as explained to me by [redacted] ***."At the time of her visit other conditions (her weight) were discussedIsuggested that she should also have her cholesterol, blood sugar and bloodcount done at the same time as her thyroid testShe did ask about the cost Ireplied to her that the lab work would be done by an outside lab and that I did notknow the cost because they do not supply that information to usShe agreed togo ahead with all the blood testOur office did not receive compensation for thelab work, we have no financial relationship with [redacted] , the company whichpeforms the testsWe only billed the office visit and draw feeThe draw feewas the same as if we had only done the thyroid test."Sincerely, [redacted] ***Office manager

I’ve attached his maintenance planIt clearly states the mileage and timelines of his services; every 10,miles and total services over monthsHe always has the option to cancel this plan, tooOn the service side, all employees tell clients to refer to the Maintenance Minder for service notifications, or no longer than one yearHis truck will tell him when the service is dueMileage for services are dependent on driving conditionsLet me know if I can be of further help Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I would like to close this case ASAP I was taken care of by [redacted] and he made things better I do not want any bad marks on their business Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** has been contacted and items resolvedMr*** was more frustrated with his finance manager than anything elseHe misunderstood the alarm he was getting versus the GPS we have in stalled in all out trucks for our securityThe alarm he purchased has been installed and he is happy
He was contacted and he just wanted to share with us his experience/frustrations with the Finance ManagerHe said he will use our service department in the future and will return in months when he needs an SUV

At the time of the this transaction, Mr*** was physically stationed in the State of California and took physical possession of his vehicle while being stationed in the State of CaliforniaThe taxes collected in the transaction are subject to be legally collected and sent to the State of
California taxing authorityMossy Ford follows the California statutes regarding motor vehicle transactions without variance. At no point do we believe Mr*** was misled in any way shape or formBeing that Mossy Ford is a California based dealership, we have to follow California tax laws first and foremostIt was explained to Mr*** that we could waive the California Registration fees in lieu of collecting a $“Non-Resident Military” feeThis allows the Mr*** to register his new vehicle in his home state. On 09/06/2016, I personally had contact with Mr***During these conversations, I explained that California Dealers are required to collect California Tax when the customer is physically stationed in CaliforniaI advised Mr*** to keep his paperwork to show his home state that sales tax was collected at the time of the transaction and he should not be charged sales tax again in his home state of Alabama. In reviewing Mr***’s file, we first had contact with Mr*** on 07/30/As we navigated through the purchase process, Mr*** signed and executed the appropriate contracts and took delivery of his new vehicle on 08/26/In reviewing the signed contracts, it clearly shows that Mr*** was charged the $“Non-Resident Military” fee for his license applicationBeing that Mr*** was clearly stationed in California at the time of the transaction, the taxes were collected and processed as stated above. We are always more than willing to help Mr*** with his home state registration in AlabamaIt appears that our business office is continuing to help Mr*** directly with his registration needsAccording to MsSandra in our titling department, on 09/15/2016, she is in direct contact with Mr*** and they are moving toward resolving the registration issue. *** *** I *** *** Do Not Agree with this response ( Lie ) from this Doctor's Office, I went there 8/15/and told the the Doctor that I wanted to be seen time for TSH testing for my thyroid, so I can get my prescription filled ( I was completely out of my medication Armour Thyroid) he replied ok..After the blood was drawn, and everything was completed, as I was leaving out the room ,I asked him, why was it so hard for people with thyroid problems to loose weight? he said something about the diet, then he printed out some papers about weight loss....for the office manager to say he decided to run other test when I mentioned weight loss , during the visit is not true.I paid this doctor $for the visit *** *** Bills below: CBC With Differential/Platelet $31.00CompMetabolic Panel (14) $46.00Lipid Panel $98.00Thyroid Cascade Profile $94.00Thyroxine ( T)Free, Direct, S $101.00A total of $Doctor Office VisitI went in this Doctor Office , Family Care Center Inc*** *** *** *** *** * *** ** *** and specifically asked for blood work for my thyroid only, and this Doctor requested all these other test panel above with out my consent or knowledge, and did not discuss or ask me anything about what he was doing.I do not think it is Right for me to pay for all these extra charges that he made or ordered, with out him asking me.Thank You,Mrs*** ***

I’ve attached his maintenance plan. It clearly states the mileage and timelines of his services; every 10,000 miles and 10 total services over 84 months. He always has the option to cancel this plan, too. On the service side, all employees tell clients to refer to the Maintenance Minder for service notifications, or no longer than one year. His truck will tell him when the service is due. Mileage for services are dependent on driving conditions. Let me know if I can be of further help Sincerely,[redacted]
