I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. It should be noted that the check was received just short of weeks from the original settlement. That is why it was necessary to reopen the complaint

I do not know how this has come to this to the Revdex.comI would like to know if this shows as a formal complaint against us as it should notHer statements made are not correct and in fact are in line with the many accusations made that are during this process. The kitchen is complete and
the spice rack is fully functionalIt does have a groove cut into the bottom edge during one of our attempts to get it sliding good enough to please herThe spice rack was not $When we met with the client to do the final measure of the project she had changes she wanted madeThese cabinet changes were made between *** from *** *** * Our Cabinet Supplier and *** ***. At this point and prior to the changes the cabinet cost was $and the labor was $= $12,Once I got the new cabinet cost back with her requested changes the cabinet cost went to : $10,and labor was $$= $13,The cabinet changes made were as follows: Deleted one pantry Added another pantry to the right of the double oven Reduced the depth of a wall cabinet Deleted an inch drawer bank 5. Added the custom Tall Spice pull out mechanism and cabinet components to build the sameDeleted the range hood and added a cabinet above it for a space saver microwave.Mrs*** complained so much what the cabinets went up and the fact we could start her job earlier than projected we discounted the job $to satisfy her.This making the new cabinet and labor total : $13,- $= $12,- $12,( Original ) = $her project went up.Once the kitchen was installed as per our approved layout she complained that because the tall pull out was directly to the right of the refrigerator she could not have clear access to the very back inchesThe spice rack was fully functional and we have installed many this wayShe complained to the point we brought out our cabinet rep to look at itHe said they have done many this way and it was fine and was not willing to do anythingHer complaint was not valid in their mindOnly Because of our relationship with *** *** he agreed to provide us with the material to completely disassemble the spice rack and pull it a few inches from the wall so she would have access to the back few inches with out having to pick up the spices in front of to get to.We also did this with no labor charge to herUnfortunately when we put it back together it did not glide 100% freeIt did take a little more effort*** *** sent their service person Evan out to adjust with our production managerThey did cut a groove in the underside to slide betterShe still wasn't happyWe then tried ordering a new door in two sections top and bottomTrying to reduce the weight she had to pull outAll at no chargeOnce we split it into two sections you could see the groove we had cut into the bottom of the top rack in our previous attemptDuring one of our attempts to adjust this spice rack to her satisfaction, her husband walked outside with the guys and apologized to the guys for her behaviorHe said he thought things were fine and didn't know what her problem was and that he was going to work where it is safeThe spice rack did work just was harder to pull out than her expectationWe ordered another spice rack to replace the one with a small groove cut into the bottom of it.This groove is only visible when the unit is pulled out and does not affect the function and is not noticeable when the door is closed.I told her when we came back to install this new unit we wanted her husband to be thereHe is reasonable and we were frankly tired of every effort to be in vain and she repeatedly come up with issues and made statements to others about us that were absolutely not trueWe wanted both present to to get resolution to thisShe absolutely refused for him to be there for this final serviceSo we felt it was in the best interest of everyone in our company and *** from *** to offer her $check to keep her fully functioning spice rackand not have any more contact with us or our affiliatesShe has caused so much turmoil and stress on everyone involvedShe is unreasonable and frankly will stop at nothing just to get her wayI truly believe she likes to continue thisHer statement that the cabinet was $is a lie and I have her Email which I will attach to this.
