The *** BMW of El Paso either does not know or care about customer service After trying to make an appointment for a factory recall in the spring and then again in the fall, I was told that because they were busy, an appointment would be several months in the future! The replacement would take "about a week." Recently, I tried to call the service manager times on one day and have yet to receive a return phone call I cannot and will not recommend this BMW shop to any rider!
